the FLOUNCE Neck Top ♡ ONE OF A KIND/IN-STOCK
Sweet and simple it features a v-neckline with a full flounce ruffle around the entire neckline from front to the back, scooping softly in the front and tiers down to a point at the center back. The body is a nice easy relaxed fit and is A-line shaped. There are 1/4" wide adjustable spaghetti straps. The front hem length is shorter and becomes a hi lo style scooping down on the sides and ends with a longer hip length scooped back design.
